Your membership does not auto-renew — you stay fully in control.

⚡ When does access start?
Online payment: full access starts immediately after checkout.
Bank transfer: you’ll be able to log into the platform, but access to teacher tools will be limited until the payment is manually approved.

An invoice is sent to the email address used to create the account / on the account.
If you enter an additional email address at checkout (for example, a finance or accounts contact), a copy of the invoice will be sent there automatically after purchase.
If you require a Purchase Order (PO) to appear on the invoice, please enter the PO number in the relevant field during checkout.

If renewing, please log into the teacher’s current CSUK account before placing the order.
For new customers, please enter the teacher’s name, email and password when creating the account (do not use a finance officer’s details).
